Realtime Stain is a revolutionary dual use protein visualization and sample loading buffer specially formulated for SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). Realtime Stain binds specifically to amine groups in proteins offering a unique alternative to the current post-staining techniques. Simply add the Realtime Stain to your protein sample (in a 1:1 ratio) and heat. Watch your protein visibly running directly down the gel in realtime.
