For cultivation of E. coli and plasmid amplification in molecular biology30 g/l Na2HPO415 g/l KH2PO45 g/l NH4Cl2.5 g/l NaClFor making 1 L 5x concentrate dissolve 52.5 g in 1 L distilled water and sterilize by autoclaving. The 5x concentrate can be stored and diluted as needed to prepare 5 L of 1x M9 minimum salts.
