Packaging

Suspend 27.1 g of the medium in one liter of distilled or deionized water. Mix well and heat with frequent agitation. Boil for one minute. Distribute into appropriate containers. Sterilize at 121 °C for 15 minutes in an autoclave. Prior to pouring, add 10 ml aqueous ammonia chloride solution (Ph. Eur., 14.3 g / 10 ml water, sterile filtered). Let cool to 50 °C inoculate if required and pour into petri dishes.
